Delivery Times: All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We use EasyParcel as our primary shipping partner.

Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, public holidays, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.

Risk of Loss: Once we transfer your books to the carrier, the risk of loss passes to you.

Your Responsibility: You must provide accurate and complete shipping information. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on our Services, including:

  • The Book Tanks name, logo, and "Your local book reef" slogan
  • Our fish mascot and aquatic-themed graphics
  • Website design, text, images, and graphics
  • Product descriptions and reviews
